As head, I feel privileged to be leading such a wonderful team of staff, who have a shared vision; work tirelessly to provide our children with positive school experiences; meet the needs of every child, providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment and continue to develop the outstanding relationships that exist with our pupils and community.

This morning we were lucky enough to be treated to a fantastic Judo demonstration from instructor Stephen who has been coming to Battle Hill Primary since 2003. His club is always extremely popular and we can see why! Children who are interested will be bringing letters home tonight. These will need to be returned ASAP as places are very limited.

What a canny bunch this morning’s golden breakfast ticket winners were! We had a larger group than normal because 2 of them were odd adventuring last week at High Borrans. A huge thank you to our fabulous lunchtime staff for nominating them. It was a lovely start to the day!
